Why it’s good for hair health:
Egg + cottage cheese: Together provide high-quality complete protein. Hair is composed predominantly of the protein keratin, and inadequate dietary protein is associated with hair loss. Importantly, this doesn't mean eating more protein than you need causes more hair growth. It means getting enough matters.
Oats: Add additional plant protein and minerals to the meal.
Berries: Bring vitamin C to the plate. Vitamin C supports dietary iron absorption, which makes pairing vitamin-C-rich foods with plant sources of iron useful.
Beauty f(x): The Salted Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip flavor turns the waffle into something that feels indulgent while contributing another substantial serving of protein and Beauty f(x)'s functional ingredients.
