Subscription Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed in real time and may ship the same day they are placed.
Once an order is submitted, no changes can be made.
Subscription Disclosure
By clicking “Continue” or “Pay Now,” you agree to enroll in a recurring
subscription. You authorize Beauty f(x) to charge your payment method for
automatic shipments at the delivery frequency selected. The amount charged will
be the price in effect at the time of each renewal, plus taxes and shipping.
You may cancel at any time by logging into your account and selecting “My
Subscriptions.” Cancellation must occur before the renewal date to avoid the
next charge. Product and shipping prices may change.

How It Works
Select Your Products: Choose the products you want to subscribe to on their respective product pages.
Choose Your Frequency: Select your preferred delivery schedule from the available options.
Checkout: Add the subscription product(s) to your cart and complete the checkout process.
Receive & Enjoy: Your first order will be processed and shipped according to our standard shipping policy. Subsequent orders will be automatically processed and shipped based on your chosen frequency.
Subscription Options & Frequencies
You can choose to receive your subscription deliveries at the following frequencies:
Delivery every 7 days
Delivery every 14 days
Delivery every 28 days
The frequency you select will determine how often your orders are processed and shipped after your initial order.
Managing Your Subscription
You can update, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime by visiting “My Subscriptions” in your account.
You have full control over your subscription through your customer account powered by Recharge.com. After placing your first subscription order, you will receive a link to manage your subscription, or you can log in to your account on our website and navigate to the "Manage Subscriptions" section.
Through your account portal, you can:
- View your active subscriptions
- Change your delivery frequency
- Swap products (if applicable and enabled)
- Update your shipping address
- Update your billing information
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Pause your subscription
- Cancel your subscription

Shipping
Subscription orders are subject to our standard shipping policy and handling time (up to 48 hours). Shipping costs will apply to each recurring subscription order and will be calculated based on the weight of the products and your delivery address. Returns
Please note that our general no returns policy also applies to subscription orders. All sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item in your subscription delivery, please contact us immediately at info@yourbeautyfx.com.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
