Ingredients:
- 1 Beauty f(x) Cacao Raspberry Bar, chopped
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp maple syrup or agave (can add more for sweeter)
- 1/3 cup dairy-free milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Chocolate squares or chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease ramekins.
2. In a bowl, add oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, & salt. Mix together.
3. Then add maple syrup, milk, & vanilla. Mix until smooth.
4. Divide batter into 2 ramekins. Place 1 chocolate square or chocolate chips into center of
each ramekin, pushing it down until covered.
5. Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are set. Allow to sit for a few minutes before
serving.
6. Gently flip the cake onto plate when ready to serve. Top with chopped Beauty f(x) bar
and dust with raspberry powder.
