Cacao Raspberry Protein Chocolate Bark

Ingredients 

  • 2 Beauty f(x) Cacao Raspberry Bars (chopped into small chunks)

  • 1 cup dark chocolate (melted)

  • 2 tbsp freeze-dried raspberries

  • Sprinkle of sea salt

  • Sprinkle cacao nibs

Directions

  1. Chop the Beauty f(x) Cacao Raspberry Bars into small, even chunks and set aside.

  2. Gently melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals, stirring until smooth.

  3. Fold the chopped Beauty f(x) pieces into the melted chocolate until evenly coated.

  4. Spoon small clusters onto a parchment-lined tray.

  5. Sprinkle with freeze-dried raspberries, cacao nibs, and a light pinch of sea salt.

  6. Let set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

Tip: Store in the fridge for a chilled, snappy bite, or let them soften slightly for a fudgier texture.
